A small, senior team. The people who run the studio are the people you will work with directly.
Robert runs the studio and owns the commercial side of it. He picks the work we take on and stays close to the clients while we deliver it.
He makes sure we only promise what we can deliver, and that the same people stay accountable from the first call to the last release.
Peter leads business development and product direction. He decides where the studio focuses and how it grows.
He spends most of his time with clients, working out what is actually worth building and how to get it done.
